Project Health Check

Project Health Check tool developed by Prof.A.Jaafari is used to assess the health of the project. It uses 18 project assessment crtiteria that are broken down to 67 indicators. Project health can be assessed at the criteria level or indicator level and if the assessment is conducted at indicator level it will be possible to note the areas of poor performance and develop remedies.
